The ultimate song - musings on the beauty of life!
Today I heard it in the voluntary attempt to help from my 4 year old son when he decided to make his own bed and that of his parents on his own accord. His demeanor changed so completely and he behaved and talked so grown up, it was unbelievable. I got a glimpse of what he will look like as a teenager..I am not in a rush for him to get there but it was so wonderfully refreshing.
Children they say are a message from God that the world should go on. I don't know what God looks like or even what his modus operandi is. But to see children grow up to be such magical creatures while all we do is provide food and shelter for them and not believe in some divine plan is not possible for me.
He is into firetrucks and his own individual games typically include putting out some fire somewhere. He will many a times enlist the help of his favorite imaginary animals to do it. He gets so exited as he sets up the scene and orchestrates the response. Sometime he has major questions though. Like the other day he asked me as to what would happen if we put poison in the fire?
Go figure!
